Tele Caller Executive

• Making outbound calls to potential customers or clients to promote the products or services of the company.
• Receiving inbound calls from existing or potential customers to answer their queries or provide them with information about the products or services.
• Handling customer complaints and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Updating the company's database with accurate information about the calls made and received, and the outcomes of those calls.
• Following up on leads generated from previous calls to convert them into sales.
• Meeting daily, weekly, or monthly targets set by the company for making calls and generating sales.
• Providing feedback to the management on the effectiveness of the calling scripts and suggesting improvements to increase sales.
• Staying up-to-date with the company's products or services, and the industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service during all calls.
• Adhering to the company's policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
