Position Overview

We are hiring a Civil Engineering Faculty/Trainer with expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, Quantity Surveying (QS), and QA/QC. The role involves delivering engaging classroom and lab training sessions, preparing course materials, guiding students on academic/industry projects, and mentoring them for industry readiness.

The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, passion for teaching, and the ability to bridge the gap between academics and industry practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality lectures, tutorials, and practical training sessions in Civil Engineering core and software-based subjects.
• Train students in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, QS, QA/QC, and related tools/software.
• Prepare course materials, lesson plans, assignments, and evaluation methods.
• Mentor students on academic and industry projects, internships, and career pathways.
• Support research initiatives, consultancy, and industry collaborations.
• Participate in departmental activities such as workshops, seminars, and skill development programs.

Qualifications

• Essential:
• B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Preferred:
• M.E./M.Tech or Ph.D. in Civil Engineering.
• Certifications in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, QS, or QA/QC.
• Prior teaching/training or industry experience in Design, QS, or QA/QC.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, QS, QA/QC, and related civil engineering tools.
• Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering fundamentals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Research-oriented mindset with practical industry exposure.
• Ability to guide students toward employability and industry-readiness.

Remuneration

• As per AICTE/UGC/Institutional norms; commensurate with experience and qualifications.
