Position: - Factory / Warehouse Manager (Pisoli Pune Location)
Experience: - 2 to 5 YearGender: - Male candidates only.

Age: - No Limit

Required Nos: - 1 Nos.

Responsibilities and Duties:-

• Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution shipments
• Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
• Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
• Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping requirements
• Production planning according to the requirement of sales department & dispatches
• Manage stock control and monthly inventory
• Plan work rotes, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results
• Recruit, select, orient, coach and motivate employees
• Coordinate and monitor the receipt, order, assembly and dispatch of goods
• Use space and mechanical handling equipment efficiently, making sure quality of all incoming material
• Organize the recruitment and training of staff, as well as monitoring staff performance and progress
• Oversee the planned maintenance of vehicles, machinery and equipment
• Ensure an efficient warehouse operation which is able to fulfil operational and customer demand
• Ensure any hazardous materials are stored in accordance with requirements
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:-

• Applicants should possess strong managerial and teamwork skills.
• Excellent in Microsoft Office.
• Must be proficient in Hindi, Marathi, and English reading and writing.

Benefits:-

• Week Off: - Sunday Closed.
• Salary Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 30,000/- + Health Insurance.
• Office Timing: - 9.30 am to 6.00 pm. (Monday to Saturday.)
