We are looking for an experienced or Fresher but motivated Factory Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production, maintain quality standards, and manage a team of workers to achieve company goals. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate factory operations, ensuring smooth workflow. Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders. Enforce health, safety, and quality control standards. Co-ordinate with clients & gets the order approved & delivered. Identify and resolve issues to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Maintain inventory levels and oversee material usage. Prepare reports and communicate with management regarding production status. Requirements: Proven experience as a Factory Supervisor or similar role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of production processes and safety regulations. Ability to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
