Factory Supervisor

You are looking for an experienced Factory Supervisor to oversee daily production activities and ensure the efficient and high-quality preparation of sweets in the factory. Your role will involve supervising sweet-making operations, managing staff, monitoring quality control, and coordinating with inventory and dispatch teams. Your responsibilities will include supervising and coordinating sweet production activities on the factory floor, ensuring accurate adherence to recipes, ingredients, and production processes, monitoring quality control during preparation, cooking, and packaging, assigning duties to production workers, ensuring timely production to meet targets and deadlines, maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards, tracking raw material usage and minimizing waste, providing on-the-job training to new staff, and communicating effectively with procurement and dispatch teams to coordinate stock and deliveries. To excel in this role, you need to have strong leadership skills, knowledge of food production processes, and a commitment to hygiene and safety standards.
