Job Title: Factory Production Manager Garment Manufacturing

Location: Near Gandhi Chowk, Upper Bazar, Ranchi

Salary: Up to 1,00,000 per month

Experience: 710 years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced Factory Production Manager to oversee end-to-end garment manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large production facilities, ensuring quality, optimizing efficiency, and meeting delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage overall factory operations for garment manufacturing.
• Plan and execute production schedules to meet delivery commitments.
• Supervise line handling, manpower allocation, and workflow optimization.
• Coordinate between merchandisers, pattern masters, cutting teams, stitching units, and finishing departments.
• Monitor quality control at every stage of production.
• Ensure compliance with safety, labor laws, and company policies.
• Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring minimal wastage.
• Implement cost-control measures and process improvements for efficiency.
• Train, mentor, and lead production supervisors and floor staff.
• Liaise with senior management on production targets, issues, and improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7 to 10 years of experience in garment manufacturing, with at least 34 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, garment construction, and quality standards.
• Proven ability to manage large teams and multiple production lines.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Garment Technology, Textile, or related field preferred.
