Experience: 10–15 years (preferably in interior fit-out, furniture, or modular manufacturing)

Qualification:

B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Interior Design / Production Engineering

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Production Head to lead and manage the entire production operations for our interior design manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will oversee production planning, resource allocation, quality assurance, and timely project execution while ensuring efficiency, safety, and product excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and control the manufacturing operations to achieve production targets, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
• Supervise production of modular furniture, customized interiors, and other fit-out elements.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams to ensure seamless workflow from design to execution.
• Implement and monitor production schedules, manpower deployment, and process optimization.
• Ensure proper utilization of machinery, materials, and manpower for maximum productivity.
• Maintain quality standards through inspection and continuous process improvement.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for timely material availability.
• Manage vendor relationships and outsourced fabrication work.
• Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and compliance regulations.
• Drive automation and technological improvements within the manufacturing setup.
• Lead, train, and motivate the production team to meet organizational goals.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of interior manufacturing processes, materials, and finishes.
• Expertise in modular furniture, joinery, or fit-out manufacturing.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, ERP systems, and production planning tools.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong time management and communication abilities.

Salary Range:

As per industry standards / Negotiable based on experience
