Factory Manager

You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our manufacturing facility as a Factory Manager. Your main duties will include managing production processes, ensuring high-quality standards, and leading a team of production staff. To excel in this role, you should have a solid background in manufacturing operations, exceptional leadership abilities, and a strong commitment to safety and quality. Your key responsibilities will involve managing daily factory operations such as production planning, scheduling, and execution. You will be tasked with guaranteeing that high-quality products are manufactured to meet customer specifications. Additionally, you will need to motivate and lead a team of production staff to achieve productivity and quality targets. Implementing and upholding safety protocols to create a safe working environment will be crucial. Monitoring and controlling production costs, collaborating with other departments for seamless operations, and ensuring compliance with quality control processes and regulatory requirements will also fall under your purview. Furthermore, you will be expected to develop and execute continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity. In order to qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. Previous experience as a Factory Manager or in a similar role is essential. A strong grasp of manufacturing operations, quality control, and safety protocols is required. Excellent leadership and communication skills are a must, along with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make informed decisions under pressure. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills will also be beneficial.
