(Technical qualification in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering preferred but not mandatory.)

Salary up to RS 85000-RS 100000 (based on experience & capability)

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Factory Manager to lead and manage full production operations in our Doors manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 20 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 10 years of experience specifically as Factory Manager in a branded plywood / doors / wood-based manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities: Production & Operations Management

• Plan daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules
• Achieve production targets within time, quality, and cost parameters
• Monitor raw material usage and reduce wastage

Quality Control

• Ensure products meet company and industry quality standards
• Implement, monitor, and improve SOPs across production stages
• Approve final goods before dispatch

Machinery & Maintenance

• Oversee functioning of CNC machines, hydraulic press, laminating machinery, etc.
• Reduce downtime through preventive maintenance planning

Manpower Management

• Lead supervisors, shift in-charge, and workers
• Workforce planning, training, and performance management
• Ensure safe and disciplined work environment

Reporting & Coordination

• Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to management
• Coordinate with purchase, logistics, and sales for production flow
• Vendor management for material sourcing and outsourced processes

Required Experience

• Minimum 20 years of experience in manufacturing (wood/doors/plywood industry mandatory)
• Minimum 10 years experience as Factory Manager

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹85,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
