Role Summary: Oversee daily factory operations to ensure timely, safe, and efficient production of confectionery products. Manage workforce, maintain hygiene and quality, and coordinate with other departments for smooth functioning. Key Responsibilities: Allocate manpower and monitor machine performance Ensure hygiene, safety, and GMP compliance on shop floor Coordinate with stores for timely material availability Report breakdowns and assist with preventive maintenance Maintain daily production and material usage records Enforce discipline, attendance, and smooth shift handovers Minimize wastage and ensure output meets quality standards Requirements: Diploma / ITI / Graduate 2–5 years factory floor experience in FMCG/confectionery Working knowledge of hygiene, basic maintenance, and shift planning Good at team handling and real-time problem-solving Comfortable with paperwork and basic Excel or Google Sheets
