Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Factory Labour position at LCM Industries, located in Hisar. The Factory Labour will be responsible for performing manual labor tasks, including sorting, packing, and moving materials within the factory. The role involves maintaining a clean and safe work environment, operating machinery, and adhering to health and safety regulations. The person in this role will also be expected to assist in quality control checks and report any machinery issues to supervisors.

Qualifications

• Experience with operating factory machinery and equipment
• Physical stamina and ability to handle manual labor tasks
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Attention to detail for quality control purposes
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a factory or manufacturing setting is a plus
