Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Factory Manager to oversee daily operations in a manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production schedules, improving productivity and efficiency, ensuring quality standards, and leading a team of workers and supervisors to meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire factory operations including production, maintenance, quality control, inventory, and safety.
• Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demands and delivery timelines.
• Ensure optimal use of resources (manpower, machinery, materials).
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement in efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Maintain high standards of safety, hygiene, and security within the factory.
• Coordinate with departments such as procurement, logistics, HR, and quality assurance.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Resolve factory-level issues related to labour, machinery, or quality.
• Train, motivate, and manage production staff and supervisors to foster a high-performance culture.
• Prepare and present reports on productivity, downtime, and other KPIs to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree or related field.
• Minimum 68 years of experience in manufacturing or production,
• Strong organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with factory ERP systems and production planning tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
