Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day factory operations, ensuring timely production and quality output.
• Plan, coordinate, and control manufacturing processes, optimizing efficiency and minimizing downtime.
• Supervise a team of production workers, machine operators, and technicians.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and ISO compliance standards (9001:2015, 14001:2015, 45001:2018).
• Maintain equipment, manage inventory, and coordinate with design, QA, and logistics teams.
• Monitor work orders for electrical panel assembly, DG canopies, and sheet metal enclosures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and implement lean manufacturing practices.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in a fabrication or electrical panel manufacturing unit.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, manpower handling, and factory workflow.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and safety protocols.
• Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
