About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Factory Coordinator to manage daily production operations, maintain accurate records, and support factory efficiency. The candidate must have strong communication skills and advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day factory operations and ensure smooth workflow between production, dispatch, and stores.
• Prepare and maintain production reports, daily output sheets, and manpower tracking.
• Utilize Advanced Excel for data analysis, MIS reporting, and monitoring KPIs.
• Manage inventory levels, material planning, and stock reconciliation.
• Follow-up with the production team on targets, timelines, and process deviations.
• Assist in quality checks, documentation, and compliance records.
• Support management in operational planning and process improvements.
• Prepare dashboards, charts, and pivot-based reports for management review.
• Maintain and update factory logs, attendance records, and consumable usage.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and HR teams for factory-related requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; preferred background in manufacturing/operations.
• Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Power Query, Conditional Formatting, MIS reporting).
• Strong analytical and data-handling abilities.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of factory processes, production flow, and inventory management.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience working in manufacturing or factory operations.
• Knowledge of ERP / SAP / Tally will be an added advantage.
• Problem-solving attitude with strong attention to detail.
