Job Description

Job Title: Factory Assistant
Experience: 1–2 years
Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Production / Any Technical Field
Location: Chromepet, Chennai
Industry: Cooling Tower Installation Systems / Small-Scale Manufacturing

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in day-to-day factory operations in the manufacturing unit.
Support assembly, cutting, drilling, packing, and other shop-floor activities.
Handle basic machine operations and follow production processes.
Maintain cleanliness, safety standards, and proper material handling.
Assist in stock counting, material movement, and basic quality checks.
Coordinate with the supervisor for task updates.

Key Skills Required:

Basic mechanical knowledge and interest in factory work.
Ability to handle tools and equipment safely.
Willingness to learn manufacturing processes.
Strong work discipline, punctuality, and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹37,545.03 per month
