Factory Admin Manager

As a Plant Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to conduct regular inspections and supervise the actual production process on the machines. You will be required to cross-check sales bills and purchase bills to ensure accuracy. Additionally, you will be responsible for manpower planning and handling contractors" workers. It will be essential to liaise with production supervisors to determine material readiness status and dispatch requirements. Any necessary support related to dispatch or raw material should be communicated and coordinated with the team. Furthermore, you will need to follow up with the maintenance department for pending material or work concerning machine breakdowns or new projects. Similarly, you should stay in touch with the store department regarding ordered or indented materials. Updating solar monitoring readings and production data in the administration group will also be part of your duties. Reporting directly to the director, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of the plant. This is a full-time position with benefits including Provident Fund and a performance bonus. The work schedule is during the day shift, and proficiency in Hindi is preferred.
