Job Description

(Exec - Soft)90% punctuality and adherence to JLL HR policies and processes (Dress Code, IT, Code of Ethics and etc.).
(Exec - Soft)Ensure all escalations are managed as per process.(Exec - Soft)Ensure accurate reporting of facility operating expenses including raising and tracking of PO's as per SOP's every month to FM within the specified timelines. Adherence to SOP's(Exec - Soft)Ensure all vendor contracts are renewed within the specified timelines and Contract Management Database is up to date(Exec - Soft)Ensure proactive vendor compliance to all statutory requirements on a monthly basis(Exec - Soft)Ensure day to day Vendor performance is monitored and measured as per Service Level Agreements(Exec - Soft)Undertake daily facility walk around and ensure closure of all observations within the agreed time lines(Exec - Soft)Customer Service / Client Relationships(Exec - Soft)Assist with the development and monitoring of the Planned Preventative Maintenance programme and close them in 360. Ensureall helpdesk call logged in OVSC and closed within SLA.(Exec - Soft)Active involvement in the monitoring and achieving the required Key Performance Indicators(Sr. Exec - Soft)Ensure all relevant documents pertaining to facility operations are maintained(Exce - Procurement)Accuracy - Tracking of Facility Operating Expenses(Exec - Soft)Participate & attended in at least one CIWG initiative.(Exec - Soft)Attend all training programmes nominated for during the year.(Exec - Soft)Involve in at least two People Engagement Activities/Programs/ CSR during the year.(Exec - Soft)Proper Documentation & MIS / Data Accuracy(Exec - Soft)Ensure Zero stock out situation for consumables and stationery in facility.(Exec - Soft)To ensure all clients meeting requirements are carried out as per the specifications.(Exec - Soft)Demonstrate at least one process improvement /cost saving initiative every quarter.(Exec - Soft)Conduct at least one training program every quarter for the vendor staff or team and maintain training records.
