Night Shift Role

Job Summary:

The Facility Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of building facilities, ensuring the workplace is safe, functional, and well-maintained. This role involves supervising a team of facility technicians and custodians, coordinating maintenance schedules, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the facilities team, including maintenance technicians, janitorial staff, and contractors.
• Ensure all building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security, etc.) are maintained and functioning efficiently.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance tasks and maintain records of maintenance activities.
• Monitor workplace safety and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manage building access, security systems, and emergency procedures.
• Handle service requests from internal departments and ensure timely resolution.
• Liaise with external vendors and service providers; review contracts and monitor service levels.
• Maintain facility budget, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Conduct routine inspections of the property to identify issues and ensure standards are upheld.
• Support office moves, space planning, and facility improvement projects.
• Provide training and performance feedback to facilities staff

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
