* Hands-on experience in managing end-to-end facility and administrative operations under the supervision of the VP Admin & Facilities.
* Sound knowledge of operations and maintenance of key equipment such as Air Conditioning (AC) systems, Diesel Generators (DG), Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), etc.
* Familiar with the operation and upkeep of smart classroom equipment, including interactive smart boards and AV tools.
* Ensures implementation of safety procedures and compliance with standard operating protocols (SOPs).
* Well-versed with all Admin and Facility SOPs, including vendor coordination, AMC management, and compliance tracking.
* Tracks and maintains records for:
* Electrical consumption (daily)
* Facility equipment service logs
* Diesel stock: consumption and receipts
* Manages inventory and store operations, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment of consumables.
* Coordinates the servicing and preventive maintenance of all facility-related equipment to ensure minimal downtime and operational efficiency.
