Job Description

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Administration Manager to supervise the day to day operations of our organization and to plan the most efficient administrative procedures

Oversee the property's day-to-day operations and ensure that all administrative functions, security issues and facility services are covered
Must be responsible for day to day interaction with clients for smooth operations
Must be responsible for client coordination in providing timely response to the queries/tickets raised (Via Calls/Email/Chat)
Develop and implement systems and processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the administrative team
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and tact
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies and procedures
Should be good in handling soft skills and Must have technical knowledge in handling BMS, Fire Safety, HVAC, electrical maintenance, access control etc.,
FAS compliance - follow up Fire drill, fire extinguishers refill and replacement
Asset Management
Preparing SOP and adherence to SOP
Vendor management
Should be having a good knowledge and experience in Ms Office
Must have good Communication Skills ,Effective Leadership Quality and Problem Solving Skills

Preferred candidate profile

Must have exposure in handling Infrastructure and Able to handle clients queries regarding facility maintenance
