Facility Executive - Technical

What this job involves: As an Engineering Executive at JLL, you will lead and oversee all engineering operations for our client facilities, ensuring optimal performance, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards. You will be responsible for developing and implementing engineering strategies, managing teams, and driving innovation in facility management.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Develop and execute engineering strategies aligned with client goals and JLL's standardsManage and mentor a team of engineers and technicians across multiple sitesOversee preventive maintenance programs and capital improvement projectsAnalyze and optimize building systems performance and energy efficiencyEnsure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standardsCollaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvementPrepare and manage budgets for engineering operations and projectsDesired or preferred experience and technical skills:
Proficiency in Building Management Systems (BMS) and Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) softwareExperience with energy management systems and sustainability practicesKnowledge of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systemsFamiliarity with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera)Understanding of IoT and smart building technologiesExpertise in AutoCAD and other relevant design softwareStrong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting toolsRequired Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or equivalent experience)Professional Engineering (PE) license preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities
