Role & responsibilities

  • Compilation of cost sheets for analysis/review by Supervisors
  • Physical verification of Assets
  • Booking of Conference Rooms,
  • Supporting Client visits
  • Dispatch / Courier Desk Management
  • Data base management for various admin. Functions through Ultimatix.
  • Passion to pursue administrative profession with eagerness to learn, adapt, innovate and move up in the value chain.
  • Ability to proactively look for solution for day-to-day operational requirements independently.
  • Willingness to learn continuously to stay updated and relevant to end customers.
  • Eagerness to fulfill the goals with clear focus on customer delight.
  • Continuous enhancement of administrative skills to stay prepared for shouldering higher responsibilities.
  • Strong commitment to organizational work culture, code of conduct and values.

Required Skills

  • Good Communication skill (written & verbal), knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of office management- filing and documentation, , knowledge of fire fighting and fire control system,
  • Knowledge on physical security and its integration with IT security etc.
