Facilitator Internship in Mumbai

The EduGet Fellowship is a unique opportunity for passionate youth, educators, and changemakers to become learning facilitators at our computer libraries. Fellows guide students in discovering knowledge independently using the internet and peer collaboration, not by teaching, but by nurturing curiosity.Our approach is inspired by Dr. Sugata Mitra’s Self-Organized Learning Environment (SOLE) model, which believes that with the right tools, curiosity, and a caring facilitator, children can teach themselves almost anything.You’ll be trained in SOLE methods, equipped to pose "big questions" and encouraged to create an environment where children become independent learners, critical thinkers, and confident explorers. During your job, you will be responsible for fulfilling the following duties.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Assisting students in developing self-reliance and effectively utilizing online resources.
• Guiding students in pursuing opportunities that align with their career goals and enhance their job prospects.
• Working with students to improve their English communication skills.
• Undertaking necessary administrative tasks as and when required.
• Drafting proposals and assisting the organization in raising funds
• Managing EduGet’s online presence through social media engagement.
