As a Bright Future Facilitator, your role involves driving capability-building programs and interventions at the Youth Training and Development Center (YTDC) for youths aged 18 to 25 years. You will work with aspirants to enhance their employability skills and also engage with parents to garner their support towards the youths' education and career decisions. By fulfilling these responsibilities, you contribute to making aspirants more employable, parents more supportive, and enhancing their awareness and knowledge in life and industry skills. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist the Social Worker in youth mobilization to achieve expected enrollments in YTDC - Participate in stakeholder engagement activities to ensure their participation in programs - Plan and facilitate employability and parents sessions - Conduct domain-wise assessments for the aspirants and provide necessary support - Facilitate mock interviews to prepare aspirants for job interviews - Coordinate with employers for interview scheduling, guest lectures, and placements - Identify exposure opportunities for aspirants and ensure successful visits - Conduct post-training follow-up with alumni to track their employment and education status - Maintain documentation for program monitoring and evaluation **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree is mandatory, qualification in Social Work or related fields is preferred **Required Knowledge:** - Familiarity with Child Rights and Protection laws - Proficiency in healthy communication and conflict resolution methods - Understanding of challenges faced by youth in the community and potential interventions - Knowledge of domain and market trends through theoretical and secondary research - Awareness of various learning methodologies **Required Skills:** - Proficient in planning and facilitating training sessions - Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, ability to communicate in Hindi/Marathi - Strong public speaking skills and resource mobilization abilities - Proficient in documentation and computer skills (Email, MS Power Point, Excel, and Word) - Skilled in situation and conflict resolution, active listening, and keen observation - Ability in stakeholder management, research, and influencing skills The compensation offered for this role is the best in the industry.
