About the Role:

We are looking for a Facilitator & Counselor who is passionate about working with underprivileged youth and committed to their emotional, social, and professional growth. The role focuses on delivering our Foundation Course, guiding career decisions through one-on-one counseling, and creating a supportive and inspiring environment for the youth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the Foundation Course for new students at the Lighthouse Centre
• Ensure 100% course attendance and completion by all enrolled students
• Administer aptitude, personality, and ability tests for career counseling
• Conduct individual counseling sessions based on test results to guide students in choosing the right skilling path
• Address any discrepancies between test outcomes and counseling insights with thoughtful interventions
• Collaborate with other team members to support holistic youth development

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Training, or any related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in counseling or facilitation (preferred)
• Strong facilitation skills to manage and engage a batch of 25–30 students
• Deep empathy, patience, and the ability to be a role model for the youth
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and the local language
• Passion for youth empowerment and commitment to city-wide transformation
• Familiarity with soft skills or life skills training is a plus
• Tech-savvy and open to using digital tools for training and communication
