Create ad funnels focused on conversions (not just impressions). Analyze performance daily and optimize creatives, audiences & budgets. Collaborate with creative and product teams to align messaging. Keep ahead of algorithm updates and best practices. ✅ Must-Haves: Proven track record managing high-ROAS Facebook ad campaigns for e-commerce. Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager (A/B testing, lookalike audiences, retargeting, pixel setup, etc.). Strong analytical mindset – you love dashboards, data, and decision-making. Prior experience with gadget or electronics category preferred. Comfortable working independently or as a remote freelancer. 💥 Bonus Points: Experience with Google Ads, YouTube, or TikTok campaigns.
