Profile Details Role : Officer Sub function : Faade Function :Construction Management Reports To :Project Lead/Team Leader Company Preferred- Facade Consultants Role Objective: Basic knowledge in Estimation & Costing of Faade works for all Projects. Involve in VE exercise. Prepare Comparative Analysis of Price Bids. Key Responsibilities Study the drawings & identify the Faade scope of works. Quantify the various faade elements Prepare assumption lists for the material specifications depending on the segment of the building Arrive at rates based on historical data/current rate analysis Compilation of Facade budget as per L2/L3 format. Quantification of the all the items both in case of consultant BOQ s and in house BOQs (received without quantities) Prepare rate analysis for the faade items. Compilation of the tender with all the documents and sending it to SAP team for attachment. Maintain a tracker for the incoming and outgoing tenders. Replace the BOQ attachments due to the changes which happen after the release of the tender or changes in the specifications. Gather information from SAP for the invoiced values of the awarded scope, variations likely to happen for the quantities thereof, possibility of new items, rate escalations if any, review with design, procurement and site teams Periodical updation of the Pricelist for the materials, quantity and the cost driver. Perform any other extension activities related to the above as delegated by the Team Leader time to time. Also please find the detailed hiring guidelines which needed to be followed strictly. 1. Stability Candidate should have an average stability of 3 yrs (Max 3rd job including current in last 9-10 years). We can look at exception if the candidate has worked with Top Design or Real estate companies for more than 5 years out of 9-10 years 2.
