Mandatory Candidate Profile

• Education: A Bachelor's degree/Diploma in (Civil /Mechanical) Engineering or Architecture is required.
• Experience: 0-2 years of experience. Recent graduates with a strong academic record and a demonstrated interest in structural or façade design are encouraged to apply.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD) is mandatory. The candidate must possess a strong willingness to learn advanced design tools
  

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Drawing & Documentation Support:
• Assist in the preparation of initial drafts for façade drawings and technical documents as directed by senior team members.
• Make revisions to drawings and specifications based on feedback from the design team.
• Technical Learning & Application:
• Actively learn and apply company standards, project specifications, and fundamental engineering principles.
• Gain a working knowledge of local building codes and various façade materials.
• Team Collaboration:
• Support the design team in day-to-day project tasks.
• Maintain and organize design files, records, and project correspondence to ensure information is accurate and accessible.
• Quality Adherence:
• Assist in basic quality checks of drawings to ensure they meet required standards before formal review.
