Facade Designer

As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing and studying all project elements, including the BOQ, specifications, and drawings. Your key responsibilities will include: - Preparing tender drawings and obtaining approval - Creating shop drawings and ensuring approval - Generating material take-off (MTO) as per project specifications - Developing fabrication drawings and coordinating with Project Managers and Factory Manager - Assisting the site team with design issues and site surveys - Conducting site visits and participating in design-related progress review meetings - Performing material reconciliation and supporting the Billing and Purchase Department - Approving PI related to all facade materials - Creating and updating technical submittal registers and ensuring timely issuance of engineering deliverables - Providing conceptual drawings and design sketches for various project phases - Supervising and coordinating the work of team members and collaborating with building professionals from other disciplines - Monitoring and reporting on team performance, timelines, and budgets as a Project Leader - Delivering high-quality client service and ensuring client satisfaction - Ensuring efficient and profitable project completion while maintaining technical standards - Providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members Additionally, you will work full-time on-site.,
