Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Fabricator and Designer. The Fabricator and Designer will be responsible for creating and assembling metal structures, components, and prototypes per client specifications and internal requirements. This position also involves interpreting technical drawings, using precise measurement tools, fabricating high-quality designs, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards in a production environment. Collaboration with design teams and project managers to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results is also a key part of the role.

Qualifications

• Metalworking skills such as welding, cutting, and shaping materials, with proficiency in using relevant tools and equipment.
• Proficiency in interpreting and working with technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD software.
• Experience in design processes with attention to detail in creating custom components and prototypes.
• Strong understanding of safety standards, quality assurance processes, and materials handling protocols.
• Proficient problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to address design challenges effectively.
• Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet tight project deadlines.
• Previous experience in fabrication or design-related industries is an advantage.
• Completion of a technical certification or diploma in Fabrication, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
