Job Description

As a Fabrication Supervisor, your role will involve overseeing welding, fabrication, and shopfloor activities. It will be your responsibility to ensure production quality, manage manpower efficiently, and maintain safety standards at all times. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise fabrication and welding processes effectively - Manage shopfloor manpower and monitor production output - Conduct quality checks (QA/QC) and adhere to testing standards - Maintain machines and ensure compliance with safety regulations - Implement efficient fabrication systems and workflows to enhance productivity Qualifications Required: - Education: B.Tech / M.Tech / Diploma / ITI in Mechanical or a related field - Experience: Minimum 3 years in fabrication and shopfloor management In addition to the above details, the company offers benefits such as Paid Leave (PL), Sick Leave (SL), Annual Bonus, House Rent Allowance (HRA), and Leave Travel Allowance (LTA). This is a full-time, permanent position located in Metoda GIDC, Rajkot, Gujarat, with working days from Thursday to Tuesday and working hours from 9 AM to 8 PM.,
