Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Fabric Merchandiser to oversee and coordinate the handling of woven greige and processed fabrics. The ideal candidate will manage fabric sourcing, quality monitoring, order follow-ups, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining strong relationships with vendors, internal teams, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle woven greige and processed fabrics from sourcing to final dispatch.
Coordinate with suppliers, mills, and internal teams to ensure timely procurement and delivery.
Monitor fabric quality, specifications, and testing as per buyer requirements
Maintain up-to-date records of inventory, order status, and shipment schedules.
Liaise with the Fabric Marketing Manager to plan and execute fabric marketing and merchandising strategies.
Ensure cost-effective procurement while meeting quality and compliance standards.
Manage and resolve any issues related to delays, quality, or documentation.
Provide regular updates and reports to the Fabric Marketing Manager regarding orders, production status, and potential risks.
