  • 15+ years

    of relevant experience in

    fabric sourcing and development

    , primarily in

    knits and wovens

    .
  • Strong background in working with

    premium or high-fashion brands

    .
  • In-depth knowledge of

    fabric construction, mills, yarns, dyeing/finishing processes

    .
  • Strong vendor network across

    India and global mills

    .
  • Ability to lead fabric strategy from concept to bulk execution.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Textile engineering degree

    or equivalent educational background preferred.
  • Knowledge of

    sustainable fabrics, certifications

    , and

    compliance standards

    is a plus.
