Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fabric Executive, located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Fabric Executive will be responsible for overseeing fabric sourcing, ensuring quality standards, managing supplier relationships, and coordinating with internal teams. Daily tasks will include monitoring fabric inventory, conducting quality checks, managing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of materials. The role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to work closely with production and design teams to meet project requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in fabric sourcing, quality assurance, and supplier management
• Strong organizational and inventory management skills
• Ability to create and manage purchase orders, and ensure timely delivery of materials
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with internal teams
• Proficiency in using inventory management software and tools
• Knowledge of textiles and fabric properties
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Textiles, Fashion Design, or a related field is a plus
• Experience in the apparel or textile industry is highly desirable
