Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Façade Designer located in Kochi. The Façade Designer will be responsible for designing building façades, creating detailed drawings, and collaborating with other architects and engineers. Day-to-day tasks include developing construction documents, ensuring design feasibility, reviewing material specifications, and providing technical support throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, the designer will coordinate with project teams to ensure the structural integrity and aesthetic quality of the façade.

Qualifications

• Design skills including proficiency in CAD software and 3D modeling
• Experience in developing construction documents and detailed drawings
• Technical skills in reviewing material specifications and ensuring design feasibility
• Collaboration skills to work effectively with architects, engineers, and project teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in façade design and construction is a plus
