Analyst/ Senior Analyst -Accounts Payable-US Mortgage

Work Model : Work From office

Flexible to work in Night Shifts (US Timings)

F2F Interview Location:- Bengaluru

KRA-

Independently manage end-to-end Accounts Payable operations for an assigned client, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company and client policies.
Process high-volume vendor invoices in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Workday, ensuring correct coding, approvals, and adherence to payment terms.
Handle daily credit card transaction processing and perform monthly credit card reconciliations, verifying expense documentation and ensuring compliance with internal control policies.
Perform regular account reconciliations, including vendor statement, GR/IR, and general ledger reconciliations, to ensure nancial accuracy and integrity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, nance, and Accounts Receivables to streamline payment cycles and resolve exceptions.
Demonstrated strong ownership by successfully handling all AP activities for a dedicated client independently, ensuring 100% SLA adherence and high client satisfaction.
