EYP-TD-Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and review diligence adjustments including quality of earnings, working capital, and financial analysis.

• Contribute throughout the transaction lifecycle — from data request and validation through reporting and client presentations.

• Support and lead assigned sections during management meetings with clients and target company teams.

• Build sector specialization in 1–2 industries to provide deeper commercial insights.

• Assist in managing team members, delegating tasks, reviewing outputs, and maintaining quality standards.

• Prepare structured deliverables including dashboards, reports, and presentations using relevant analytics tools.

• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients and EY regional teams.

• Relevant experience in transaction diligence or related financial advisory is preferred.

• Exposure to cross-border or multi-industry due diligence is an advantage.
