EY India- Consultant/Senior Consultant- Jaipur

Seeking a highly motivated candidate with 1-3 years of experience in Consulting or Procurement Process or Digitization of Business Processes or Digital Commerce or Product Management. The role demands the ability to liaise effectively with both external stakeholders at client end and internal project teams.

• Key Responsibilities

• Project Management & Execution
• Work closely with client on procurement optimization in adherence to applicable policies, rules & notifications.
• Define Project deliverables, bifurcate deliverables into areas of ownership and monitor delivery to ensure overall project completion
• Ensure timely execution of consulting engagements, from problem identification to solution delivery.
• Support in monitoring, evaluation, and impact assessment of government programs.
• Preparing Policy and Process Documents to ensure smooth and effective implementation of the intended policy / process.
• Translate activities into processes and manual processes into digitized processes.
• Research, Documentation & Analysis
• Conduct market research, data analysis, and benchmarking studies to come up with gaps, recommendations and action items.
• Draft reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Prepare high-quality concept notes, case studies, and best practice reports.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
• Collaborate with both internal and client facing technology, risk and governance organisation including government departments, ministries and industry associations.
• Conduct workshops, training programs, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

• Soft Skills:

• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand technology interfaces, tools and willingness to understand tech concepts.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools.

• Educational and Experience Qualifications

• CA or B.Tech/BE from IITs or MBA from IIMs/ ISB/ IITs/ FMS/ XLRIs/MDI
• Experience of 0-3 years
