Job Description

Job Summary: As an Extruder Operator , you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining extrusion machines used in the production process. You will ensure that equipment runs efficiently, products meet quality standards, and safety protocols are followed at all times. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate extrusion machines according to specifications. Monitor machine performance and product quality throughout the production run. Adjust machine settings to maintain product specifications and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment. Document production data and report any deviations or malfunctions. Ensure compliance with company safety and quality standards. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals. Qualifications: Previous experience as an Extruder Operator or in a similar manufacturing role preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and instructions. Physically able to stand for long periods, lift up to [insert weight], and work in a manufacturing environment. Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
