Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mahbubnagar, for an Extruder Executive at Sneha Farms Pvt Ltd. The Extruder Executive will be responsible for operating and maintaining extrusion machinery, monitoring production processes, and ensuring product quality. Day-to-day tasks include setting up and calibrating extruders, troubleshooting equipment issues, performing routine maintenance, and adhering to safety and regulatory guidelines. The role also involves coordinating with other departments to ensure efficient production workflow and reporting any deviations or issues in the production process.

Qualifications

• Experience in operating and maintaining extrusion machinery, including setting up and calibrating extruders.
• Skills in troubleshooting equipment issues and performing routine maintenance.
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory guidelines related to extrusion processes.
• Ability to monitor production processes and ensure product quality consistently.
• Strong communication and coordination skills to work with other departments effectively.
• Experience in the manufacturing or food processing industry is a plus.
• Relevant technical certification or diploma in mechanical or industrial engineering preferred.
