Understanding of Manufacturing Processes & Techniques for Weight reduction & Cost Control i.e. Teardown, Benchmarking, VAVE etc
a. Proficiency in CAD software, Preferably Unigraphics (NX)
b. Effective Communications & Presentation Skills / Leadership Skills / Team Player
c. Conflict Resolution / Project Handling / Coordination
Hands on Experience in Thermal & Strength CAE and CFD will be an added advantage
