Export Manager

As an Export Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire export process of the organization. Your role will involve planning and organizing shipments, as well as engaging in sales duties such as market analysis and exploring new export opportunities. It is crucial to ensure compliance with international shipping laws and standards, handle international shipping documents, and provide excellent customer service to export clients. Your key responsibilities will include: - Planning & Organizing: Coordinating overseas shipments, preparing necessary documentation for import/export processes, and ensuring adherence to international shipping laws and standards. - Marketing & Sales Support: Researching export opportunities, assessing potential new markets, and pursuing additional export sales leads. - Customer Service: Addressing customer inquiries regarding export shipments, offering product information, and maintaining positive customer relations. - Inventory Management: Monitoring current inventory levels and collaborating with the supply chain team to guarantee timely and accurate delivery of export products. - Budgeting & Cost Control: Creating cost estimates for international shipments, managing freight costs, customs taxes, and other associated fees.
