Export Logistics Manager / Coordinator

As an experienced candidate, you will be responsible for the following core tasks: - Booking air and sea shipments, negotiating freight rates, and managing FCL/LCL consolidation. - Managing Customs House Agents (CHA), forwarders, container stuffing, and insurance activities. - Tracking shipments from end to end and providing ETA updates to buyers. - Preparing shipping documents package for the bank, including commercial invoice, Packing List (PL), Bill of Lading (B/L), Certificate of Analysis (COA), and Certificate of Origin (COO). - Handling claims related to damages or shortages, and coordinating with insurers and buyers. - Maintaining shipment records, managing customs Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) filings, and processing drawback claims if applicable. In addition to the core responsibilities, the ideal candidate should have the following qualifications and experience: - Minimum of 4-8 years of experience in export logistics, with a preference for pharma/cosmetics industry expertise. - Practical knowledge of Incoterms, Letters of Credit (LCs), export documentation, and Harmonized System (HS) codes. - Familiarity with freight booking portals such as Freightos, Shiprocket, GoComet, and a strong network of forwarders. - Comfortable with customs processes at the main export port that will be utilized.
