Export Documentation (Post Shipment)

As an Export Documentation (Post Shipment) professional at HyFun Group based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, in the Supply Chain department, your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth processing and compliance of post-shipment export documentation. You will be responsible for preparing and verifying various documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and export licenses. It is essential to meticulously review all documents to ensure they align with the importing country regulations and terms specified in Letters of Credit (LCs). Your expertise in managing export documentation post-shipment and ensuring compliance with export regulations from authorities like the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), Reserve Bank of India (RBI), and the Export Inspection Agency (EIA) will be highly valuable. You will collaborate with Customs House Agents (CHAs), freight forwarders, and customs authorities to facilitate smooth customs clearance processes and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise during transit. Effective communication and coordination with internal teams such as Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Warehouse, as well as external stakeholders like CHAs, Freight Forwarders, Banks, and Regulatory Authorities, will be key in ensuring seamless export operations. Providing timely updates to customers regarding the status of their shipments and maintaining accurate records of all transaction-related communications are also essential aspects of your role. Your responsibilities will also include monitoring the status of shipments, maintaining up-to-date records for audit and compliance purposes, and assisting in the preparation of reports for internal and external stakeholders. With 5-10 years of experience and a degree in Commerce or Supply Chain, you are well-equipped to excel in this position and contribute to the overall success of the export operations at HyFun Group.,
