Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Export Documentation Specialist located in Gujarat, India. The Export Documentation Specialist will be responsible for preparing export documents, ensuring compliance with international regulations, and coordinating shipments with customers and freight forwarders. Day-to-day tasks include managing export shipments, handling customer inquiries, maintaining records and files, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Export Documentation and Import Export processes
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in relevant software applications
• Experience in the agricultural export industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
