Executive, Export Documentation We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Executive, Export Documentation to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the end-to-end export documentation process and be able to manage all related tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Documentation & Compliance: Prepare pre-shipment documents, including Commercial Invoice, Tax Invoice, Packing List, VGM, and License Utilization Sheets. File Shipping Bills and manage checklist approvals. Prepare post-shipment documentation and submit original documents to banks for various payment terms (LC at sight, DP, CAD, etc.). Generate E-BRC (Single/Bulk) and create COO/CEPA/SAFTA/FTA documents using the DGFT website. Ensure compliance with all LC terms to prevent discrepancies. Coordination & Logistics: Coordinate with transporters, dispatch departments, liners/freight forwarders (FF), and Customs House Agents (CHA) to arrange container loading and customs point handover. Prepare Shipping Instructions (SI) and manage Draft Bill of Lading (BL) processes. Follow up with liners, FFs, and CHAs for container gate-in status, Shipping Bill submission, and VGM submission. Track container movements, including ETA and Delivery Order (DO) status. Reporting & Administration: Track and follow up on payments. Prepare and update daily Export MIS reports. Manage Advance Authorization (AA) and Export Promotion Capital Goods (EPCG) utilization sheets. Handle RFID seal activation and marine insurance processes. Qualifications: Proven experience in export documentation and logistics. Strong knowledge of Letters of Credit (LC). Familiarity with DGFT procedures and online platforms. Excellent coordination and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
