Job Title : Export Documentation Executive Location : Sitabadi Jaipur Job Summary : We are looking for an experienced Export Documentation Executive to handle and oversee all aspects of documentation and logistics related to our international shipments. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and have in-depth knowledge of export regulations, ensuring smooth and timely processing of all export transactions. Key Responsibilities : Prepare and process all necessary export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, etc. Coordinate with internal departments (sales, logistics, and production) to ensure accurate and timely document preparation. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies. Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and relevant authorities for smooth shipment execution. Monitor and track shipment schedules and status to ensure timely delivery. Manage correspondence with clients regarding shipment details and resolve any documentation discrepancies or issues. Maintain an organized record of all export-related documentation and ensure filing accuracy for future reference. Assist in preparing reports on export activities for internal stakeholders. Stay updated with changing export regulations and international trade practices. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹8,515.48 - ₹28,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
