Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Expert Team Leader at TataAIA Life Insurance, located in Siwan. The Expert Team Leader will be responsible for guiding and supervising a team to achieve business targets and objectives. Daily responsibilities include leading sales strategies, ensuring team productivity, providing training and development for team members, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance work environment. The role requires leadership in addressing client needs and enhancing customer satisfaction.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred)
• Familiarity with the local market in Siwan and the ability to work on-site at the specified location
