Job Description

About the role:

As an Expert DevOps Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow.

Take part in the transformation of game shows and reality TV by removing traditional barriers to entry and enabling anyone to participate from anywhere. Platform turns passive mobile viewers into active, engaged players through a real-time, large-scale, and monetized interactive entertainment network.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical leadership and vision for the DevOps team, defining and implementing best practices for infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud security
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define cloud infrastructure strategy and roadmap, aligning with overall business goals
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing DevOps team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning
Continuously evaluate and improve DevOps processes, driving automation, efficiency, and agility within the software delivery lifecycle
Maintain a deep understanding of AWS services, IaC tools, and DevOps methodologies to solve complex technical challenges
Effectively communicate technical concepts to various stakeholders, including developers, senior management, and clients
Identify and address technical debt within the infrastructure, proactively implementing solutions for long-term maintainability and scalability

Requirements:

7+ years of experience in a DevOps engineering role
Proven experience in designing, architecting, and implementing large-scale, secure, and reliable AWS solutions
Advanced proficiency in CloudFormation, Terraform, or other IaC tools with the ability to design and manage complex infrastructure as code templates
Extensive experience with Serverless, Docker, Kubernetes (EKS), and microservices architectures
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor high-performing DevOps teams
Experience with observability and cost monitoring tools
Deep understanding of cloud security best practices, security automation, compliance requirements (SOC 2, ISO), and incident response strategies
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience with a proven track record of success
