Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented experienced Female Expert Admission Counsellor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students through the admission process, providing career advice, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience from inquiry to enrolment.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents regarding admission processes for engineering and medical programs.
• Provide detailed information about colleges, courses, eligibility criteria, and admission timelines.
• Handle calls, walk-in inquiries, and online leads effectively.
• Follow up with prospective students to ensure successful enrolment.
• Maintain updated records of inquiries, admissions, and follow-ups in CRM or Excel.
• Achieve monthly admission targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
• Build strong relationships with students and parents through trust and professionalism.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Minimum Graduation
• 1-2 years of experience in education counselling, admission, or sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Hindi).
• Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and professional in attitude.
